SSG Client Survey – The Results Are In!

SSG recently carried out their annual Client Survey - and this year we went electronic! The survey was sent via email to SSG Clients across all industry sectors and to all senior decision makers. Postal copies were also forwarded to those without email. Thank you to all those who responded - we are always looking to further develop and improve the service we provide and very much appreciate your feedback.
We are pleased to provide the following summary:
• 97% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that when they requested information from SSG we were courteous, helpful and professional.
• 91% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that SSG trainers presented their courses in a professional and friendly manner.
• 94% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that SSG provide an excellent portfolio of consultancy services.
• The most popular and useful form of communication with Clients was through the Dates and Fees. Interestingly website use was up 29% on last year.
• We are considered unique from competitors through our friendly, professional and customer focused approach, our trainers/consultants knowledge and expertise and our general high level of service delivery.
• Our customer service, delivery, quality of service and understanding were all rated above average by over 95% of respondents.
• Suggested areas for improvement included introduction of new courses and services, and increased levels of specialist consultancy.
As always the survey has proved extremely useful in understanding both our company strengths and areas for improvement. We have taken all the feedback on board and look forward to your continued support in assisting us with ongoing improvements.
