Adam was energetic and engaging which really helped in the online space which can be quite difficult to focus on. I particularly liked how Adam challenged the group to discuss differing view points which struck me as appropriate given the need for non judgmental listening and acceptance as a Mental Health First Aider.

I enjoyed the communication style and time allowed to take in the information along with sufficient breaks, overall, this was a good example of how a course can be run online. Andrew is a great instructor and very good at keeping engagement and attention during the course duration.

I definitely learnt a great deal beyond previous presentations and training. SSG's presentation has definitely highlighted areas for me to improve our existing assessments.  Everything ran on time, lunch was good and all facilities were clean.
