Organisational Goal Setting for 2018
Now is the time to plan your goals and targets for 2018. What do want to achieve next year? How much growth do you require? What are the skills gaps in the Company that need to be filled? What projects do you need to implement to improve your processes? Determine how your leadership team will finalise your goals and roll them out to the workforce.
Watch out for Burn-Out
Statistically, November is the month when anxiety and depression rates peak. And in the run-up to Christmas, we all try to conquer the world in the last four weeks of the year. It may sound odd to schedule meetings for January. But remember that you and your staff can only achieve so much.
