Review your Attendance

  • Many employers don’t notice when sickness absence creeps up and the odd day off becomes a regular occurrence for some employees. Calculate your absence levels and if they are above 2% for a manual workforce call us to discuss what you can do to keep tighter control.

Plan Training

  • Summer holidays often put a stop to training so it’s important you review any mandatory training needs and book courses sooner rather than later to ensure your employees don’t miss the boat on new courses and refreshers.
