Pallet Racking Safety Awareness
This course provides delegates with an understanding of why racking needs to be inspected and the knowledge to carry out basic racking inspections.
Course Attendees
This course is suitable for any person required to manage and / or inspect racking systems.
NOTE: It is essential that all delegates attending the training day are suitable equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including protective footwear and high visibility clothing as part of the course will include onsite racking inspection.
Course Background
Storage racking should be properly maintained and in good working order. This course will provide delegates with an understanding of why racking needs to be inspected and the knowledge to carry out basic racking inspections. It references SEMA codes of practice and reviews current legislation that covers the requirements for maintenance and inspection.
