Course Background

Our working safely at heights course introduces learners to the essential principles of safe practice when working above ground level. It covers common hazards, the legal duties of employers and employees, the hierarchy of control, safe use of access equipment and the importance of effective emergency planning. Whether you work directly at height or are responsible for managing those who do, understanding these fundamentals is vital for preventing harm and promoting a safe working environment.

As part of our modern learning approach, this qualification is available through interactive e-learning, designed to increase engagement, flexibility and learner confidence. Our digital platform supports active learning through scenario-based activities, short knowledge checks, multimedia content and tutor-supported forums. This enables learners to study in a way that suits their schedule and preferred learning style.
