The Building Safety Act (BSA) 2022 is the most significant and far-reaching reform of the construction sector affecting all buildings of any type and the whole supply chain - from manufacturers to those who operate buildings, it will impact us all.
This course will provide an overview of the scope and major provisions of the Building Safety Act and will also outline the more rigorous regime for the design, construction and operation of “higher-risk buildings” in England - those residential buildings over 18m in height or having seven or more storeys, and is, or contains, a hospital or a care home.
