Justin joined SSG in 2022 as a Health and Safety Trainer / Consultant, delivering a range of training courses.

He began his career in the Royal Navy for 15 years before moving into the Oil and Gas Industry. Here, Justin worked for 23 years as a Health and Safety Advisor to the Drilling industry in countries across the globe, but primarily in the Middle East, India, Far East and Africa. As well as this he worked as a global trainer delivering leadership and skills training internationally. He has also achieved TechIOSH status.

In his spare time Justin likes to cycle, walk and go travelling in his new campervan. He also loves a good boogie and is often described as the all-round entertainer and comedian of the group!
