Kathy focuses on training across a wide range of subject areas including environmental, health and safety and mental health. She has a passion for training and enjoys the challenge of delivering a wide range of courses for SSG.

Her career has focused on training in various roles, and as such Kathy has previously delivered training all over the UK, Jamaica and Nigeria. Her initial role was engaging with youth training but this led to training adults and engaging with businesses across the Southwest. She has also spent 17 years working in the Caribbean where her main focus was implementing environmental projects, including writing a marine park management plan which was funded by USAID.

Kathy is a qualified Master Scuba Diver Trainer and with her extensive diving history she has spent the equivalent of six months of her life underwater. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, photography and is waiting for her new puppy to arrive!
