Manuela provides consultancy and training support to our customers and ADVISOR members, delivers our webinars and seminars, and is responsible for internal process improvement behind the scenes.

Manuela has extensive experience as a HR generalist having worked across a variety of industry sectors such as hospitality, construction, food processing and manufacturing, public sector and retail. She has previously specialised in employee relations and engagement, organisational restructures and performance improvement.

In her spare time, Manuela volunteers on the board of trustees at 'Volunteering in Health'. She also enjoys coast path walks and can, on the odd occasion, be spotted knitting on the beach.
