IT and Facilities Manager

    In Matthew's role of IT and Facilities Manager, he is the first point of contact for computer hardware and telephone issues as well as supporting our Technology and Systems Manager with providing online training support as and when needed. He is also responsible for scheduled facilities maintenance, coordinating building improvements and resolving ad-hoc issues to help continuously improve our ISO management systems. Matthew has been a member of the SSG team for over eight years and has worked in a variety of roles throughout the company which include general services support and administration as well as working in finance and credit control. Using the knowledge and experience gained during the last eight years, he is happy to work with our clients to resolve any queries and develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
