Hayley Heavens

Training Administration Lead

    Within her role, Hayley oversees all aspects of training administration from course preparation activities through to certification and refresher training. She also communicates with other training venues to ensure all courses run smoothly.

    Her background is predominantly in administration and sales, with roles seeing her based both in the UK and abroad. This experience has given her an excellent range of customer service skills and a key insight into managing the training process as a whole. Since joining SSG in 2020, she has attained Mental Health First Aider status as well as becoming ISO qualified; both of which give her a multitude of skills and knowledge to help those around her as well as our clients.

    Outside of work Hayley can be found socialising with her family and friends, who are incredibly important to her. As well as this, she has numerous hobbies including interior design, decorating, sewing, cooking and watching rugby.
