In Alison's role as Resource Management Lead, she manages and schedules the resources required to deliver our training and consultancy portfolio smoothly, as well as liaising with trainers, consultants, associates and external training providers. Prior to SSG, she has worked in administration, accounts and office management across several industries. This experience has provided me with the knowledge and skills to balance the workloads of our service delivery team. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and going on weekend breaks and holidays; both in the UK and abroad!
