Sally will usually be the first voice people hear when they call SSG! As well as assisting with customer enquiries herself, she also directs customer calls to the correct team members. In her role, she also supports our team of Key Account Managers and Customer Service Advisors with their daily administrative tasks to ensure they can provide customers with the best possible service.

Being an experienced Customer Service Administrator has come from her wealth of experience in management and service delivery roles, which have made her a valuable member of our Customer Service and Sales team.
