Key Account Manager

Dayna is a Key Account Manager within the Customer Service and Sales team. In this role, she is responsible for looking after numerous accounts and ensuring her client's needs are fully understood and met in a friendly and professional manner. Dayna continuously takes pride in forming and developing long-term customer relationships. Her background includes over 10 years' customer service and sales experience in a number of different industries dealing with a wide variety of clients, which has given her skills and knowledge that she has brought with her into her current role. Since joining SSG in 2019, Dayna has completed a number of health and safety courses including IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Warden, CDM and Mental Health Aware. She is also in the process of studying a diploma in business to aid and increase her knowledge further to assist clients.In her spare time, Dayna loves spending time with her partner and two dogs Bobby and Rascal, and they can regularly be found paddle boarding, finding adventure or at one of her favourite restaurants.
