SSG Assessed Manager

Kim manages our SSG Assessed service including the growth, delivery and customer service elements. She deals with all enquiries and works closely with Assessors to ensure SSG Assessed clients receive a smooth and efficient service. As well as this, Kim can be found at networking events and business shows promoting SSG Assessed within our region. Following university, Kim has had a varied background experience in sales and customer service across a range of industries. Since joining SSG in 2005, she has utilised her experience within numerous departments including Services Support, Marketing and general Sales as well as trying her hand at delivering our Display Screen Equipment (DSE) training course. Her role in our ADVISOR membership team meant she worked closely and developed strong relationships with our members. When not at work, Kim can be found baking, walking, spending time with family or on holiday and travelling.
