In Sharon's role as Customer Service Advisor and Lead Generator, she works with new and infrequent customers to introduce them to SSG and our services as well as developing relationships with them. In doing so, she is able to identify gaps in training matrixes, provide proficient advice and guidance and find the most effective solutions to their training and consultancy needs.

Prior to SSG, Sharon's sales experience across a range of industries, including catering and publishing, has given her the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service. Whilst with SSG, she has completed numerous courses to aid her whilst advising customers, including IOSH Working Safely, IOSH Managing Safely and CITB Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme. Her most recent accomplishment to add to her portfolio was qualifying as an Adult Mental Health First Aider.

When she is not working, Sharon enjoys listening to music and attending gigs (especially Foo Fighters!), reading and spending time with her family. She also likes to go camping whenever she gets the opportunity!
