Jade works as a Key Account Manager within the Customer Service and Sales team. Her day-to-day role involves building and holding strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that they are always approached with a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, she applies her sales knowledge to generate new business, lead strategic sales campaigns and make the most of every business development opportunity.

Her background experience is in both sales and customer service across a number of industries, ranging from leisure to public and educational areas. She has also completed her IOSH Managing Safely and IEMA qualifications to support her in her role at SSG.

In her spare time, Jade loves to explore and go on adventures in the outdoors with her wife and puppy. She also loves spending evenings and weekends on DIY projects, arts or anything crafty and thoroughly enjoys a good book and puppy cuddles - all with a freshly brewed cuppa.
