Matt is responsible for driving growth within the company and heading up the Marketing and Sales teams. He works hard to develop strong partnerships and working relationships with companies across the region and raise the profile of SSG within the business community. His background experience spans over 20 years in sales and customer service roles in a range of public sector organisations and multi-national businesses. This has helped him understand what is required to meet and exceed client expectations, which is reflected when working with clients at SSG. Matt is a keen football fan, supporting both Aston Villa and Plymouth Argyle as well as spending a lot of time watching his two children play football. When the time allows, he enjoys travelling and spending time at the beach.
