In Wendy's role, she is pivotal in supporting our membership and consultancy team. Her main focus is ensuring all clients receive their documents in a punctual and efficient manner. Prior to this, she spent 23 years working in the mobile telecoms industry in various roles, from fulfilment management and business analysis to service manager. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys reading, walking, socialising and sorting out the house she recently moved into. Most important of all is the family cat Cleo who is 16 - but still behaves like a kitten!
