Within Sonya's role in the team, she assists new customers in finding the correct course(s) for them and their team. She also engages with existing customers to continue supporting their ongoing business service needs. Prior to this, Sonya completed a BSc (Hons) in Business Management, before working in the commercial real estate industry providing business support. This experience enabled her to gain an ambition for wanting to work more closely with clients to help them achieve their objectives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time exploring the local region with her daughter and friends, and on a rainy day likes making clay art pieces with her daughter at home.
