This course focuses on coaching delegates to become more effective leaders. It will also cover everything you need to know to boost productivity, increase profits, enhance corporate reputation and strengthen your brand by improving your organisation’s safety and health practices.

A diagnostic tool, accessed via a mobile app, is used to identify the current safety and health position against a set of critical questions, which recommends actions to take. At the end of the course delegates make a personal action plan to improve their own and their organisation’s safety and health management. The course is assessed by the quality of the plans made by each delegate. All successful delegates are issued with IOSH certificates.
