A Construction Phase Plan is required under the CDM Regulations 2015, to help plan and organise a project, ensuring that work is carried out without risks to health and safety.

It should also set out communication channels, provide information about the job and methods to keep those involved updated regarding any changes.

Plans can be tailored, dependent on the scale and complexity of the project.
