Marketing Coordinator (Digital Specialist)

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who specialises in digital marketing.
General marketing duties:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and other teams that may require marketing assistance
- Assist with the development of integrated marketing campaigns through online and offline resources
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Write and proofread copy for a range of platforms
- Assist with organising and attending events where required, including conferences, seminars and exhibitions
- Work with Brand Lead to ensure brand consistency across all media and platforms
- Process digital marketing enquiries efficiently whilst providing clients with a high level of customer service
Digital and social media marketing duties:
- Carry out regular reviews of SEO and PPC advertising across all platforms, reporting to Marketing Manager
- Review budget allocation in line with current marketing campaigns and marketplace trends
- Work with the graphic designer to ensure all Google Ads are up to date and implementing changes where necessary
- Work with our external consultant to manage our Google AdWords account
- Set annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly social media plans and implement all
- Produce weekly / monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting success and improvements
- Regularly monitor competitors’ presence on social media platforms
- Research and create media in line with new trends
- Develop digital marketing materials for a variety of platforms
- Regularly monitor and report on digital campaign process
- Assist with updating and maintaining all online resources
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Media, marketing or business-related qualification desirable or working towards this
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing or business-related role
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working with Google AdWords and SEO
- Previous experience with e-marketing software such as MailChimp
- High level quality control and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Fluency in Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / Outlook / SharePoint / Teams / Planner
- Working knowledge of Adobe suites including, Illustrator and InDesign desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt and handle challenging situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain cooperative and supportive relationships and communication channels with members of the SSG team
