End of Year HR Actions

- Remind your managers and supervisors to schedule end of year 1-2-1 reviews with team members and teams.
- Check remaining holiday balances of team members and send out reminders of days still to be booked. Remind employees to use it or lose it!
- Long service recognition. Have any of your employees hit a milestone in 2018 and has this been recognised yet? If not, consider sending them a letter (and possibly a small gift) to recognise them or simply apply your own recognition schemes. Consider making reference to the milestones achieved in 2018 either in an end of year newsletter or at the Christmas party.
