Plan a Staff Survey

  • Do you want to know if your staff are happy or gather ideas on how to make your company a better workplace?  A simple, anonymous staff survey may give you the answers you need!  Make sure you capture answers appropriately and feed back to your employees.  For more hands-on help, talk to your HR Advisor.

 

Look at Your Skills

  • Have you ever conducted a Skills Audit?  Ask your management team what experience they have had in the past, particularly in relation to hot topics within your organisation.   You may discover that you have an expert in dealing with mental health in the workplace or somebody who is a natural at arranging staff activities. If you need help unlocking your team’s potential with this, please speak to your HR Advisor.

 

Drive Performance

  • With the summer break behind us, most employees suffer from holiday blues and find it hard to go back to their work routine.  Help your staff overcome this low by creating ad-hoc challenges and competitions.  And don’t forget to reward great performance!
