Work Perks Increase Engagement

In a recent survey by a large UK service provider, 40% of British workers confirmed that they feel more engaged and fairly rewarded, if they receive perks through their employer.

According to the survey, the following perks came out top:

  1. Private healthcare (45%)
  2. Complimentary food (42%)
  3. Flexible hours (41%)
  4. Early finish on a Friday (37%)
  5. Complimentary drinks (31%)

While there are now a multitude of providers offering staff perk schemes, the above shows that simple solutions, that don’t have to cost the earth, can make all the difference.
