SSG Celebrates Customer Service Week

SSG Training and Consultancy are proud supporters of this weeks National Customer Service Week 2008.

SSG, who are one of a number of organisations to take part in the event, have arranged activities for the week including top tips sessions, briefings, and quizzes to celebrate.

National Customer Service week runs from 06-12 October and is designed to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays within an organisation. The week is supported by companies large and small both national and internationally and SSG are delighted to be involved.

Mark Salmon, SSG Managing Director, believes National Customer Service Week to be an important demonstration of the company\'s commitment to delivering excellence in customer service. ‘This week really gives us the opportunity to show our dedication and commitment to our Clients as well as rewarding team members who work hard and go the extra mile.
