Three things to do in December
- Date: Monday 7th December 2015
- Review your anti-discrimination policies - Recent case-law shows that discrimination cases are becoming more complex and abstract so now is a good time to review your processes on equality and diversity. Make sure that the rules don’t just sit on a shelf but are implemented and enforced!
- Book in your ‘Start of the Year’ meeting - In order to get yourself off the ground, an early January staff meeting can be useful in reviewing 2015 and setting objectives for 2016.
- Watch out for burn-out - A busy pre-Christmas season can lead to mental and physical exhaustion. Don’t forget to monitor your employees’ working hours and implement measures to support your staff.
