-          Review your Attendance

o   Many employers don’t notice when sickness absence creeps up and the odd day off becomes a regular occurrence for some employees. Calculate your absence levels and if they are above 2% for a manual workforce call us to discuss what you can do to keep tighter control.

-          Plan Training

o   Summer holidays often put a stop to training so it’s important you review any mandatory training needs and book courses sooner rather than later to ensure your employees don’t miss the boat. 

-         Think about up-skilling yourself
