First Aid - Are You Covered this Summer?

With staff summer holidays approaching SSG are reminding companies to ensure adequate first aid cover continues to be provided in the workplace.
Employers are required to have adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and staff in place to enable first aid to be given at work. Summer is a particularly important time to ensure First Aid cover is in place, as this is often when a large proportion of staff, including nominated workplace first aiders, take annual leave.
