New Team Members at SSG

Over the last few months we have been busy recruiting a number of new team members for our Administration, Membership and Customer Service teams to help ensure you continue to receive the best possible service experience.

Alison Willis is a key member of our membership coordination and administration team working with our Clients and Consultancy team in order to provide a fast efficient response to our SAFE scheme members.

Nicky Martin joins our Finance and Administration team. Nicky has taken on responsibilities including invoice generation and credit control. She also supports the work of our administration team and is committed to ensuring delegates receive the highest possible customer care at our training centres.
 
Keelie Holmes helps ensure training taking place at centres across the region runs as smoothly as possible with a particular focus on the Plymouth centre. Keelie is also largely responsible for the processing of all course certification both SSG and from external awarding bodies.
 
Julie Putman leads our Customer Service and Sales team and plays a vital role in maintaining communication with existing and new customers. Julie is a key member of the Senior Management team and her responsibilities include promoting excellence in all aspects of customer service, ensuring frequent and informative communication with contacts and delegates, and enabling all team members to work in accordance with our 5 Star Customer Care Charter.
 
No doubt you will be speaking to, or working with some, if not all the above team members over the coming months.  Alison, Nicky, Keelie and Julie will be only too happy to help with any questions or information requirements you have.
