Safe Use of Harnesses and Lanyards
The HSE estimate that about half of all fatalities are attributed to work at height. When relying on personal fall protection it is essential that it is in good condition and used correctly.
The Work at Height Regulations state that a personal fall protection system sall be used only of the user and a sufficient number of available persons have recieved adequate training specific to the operations envisaged, including rescue procedures.
This half day course is suitable for anyone who needs to be aware of the correct selection, inspection and use of safety harmesses as a means of fall arrest.
