Long Term Absence
Employers are often unsure how to handle long term absence, particularly when dealing with conditions covered by provisions under the Equality Act 2010. In this module, delegates will discuss how to hold sometimes difficult and emotional conversations, how and when to utilise external support and why positive action can provide the basis for legally sound decisions.
This 2 hour module is suitable for SME owners, directors, senior managers, team leaders and supervisors.
- Potential outcomes of long term absence
- Disabilities and Equality Act 2010
- Your responsibilities and 'duty of care'
Private Courses - If you have 6 or more delegates a private course at a venue of your choice may be a more suitable and cost effective option. Contact our administration team on 01752 201616 for more information.
