This module will address the importance and content of contracts, policies and procedures issued to staff. Working on real documents, delegates will be able to identify requirements specific to their organisationand gain true understanding through practical application.
This 2 hour module is ideal for SME owners, directors, senior managers, team leaders and supervisors.
