ECITB/CCNSG National Accredited Safety Passport
We are pleased to be able to provide ECITB approved, CCNSG Safety Passport training courses.
The ECITB/CCNSG National Safety Passport Scheme began life in the early 1990s when a consortium of major industrialists from the power generation, steel, oil, gas and chemical industries recognised the need to train their contractors in basic safety. At this time there were no common standards for such training. Two groups, in the North East and in West Wales, devised a core curriculum which became the foundation of a training scheme which has grown to national proportions.
The aim of the ECITB/CCNSG National Safety Passport Scheme is to ensure a basic knowledge of health and safety for all site personnel to enable them, after appropriate site induction, to work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others.
The two-day National course programme covers four modules:
Safe Behaviour at Work
Safe Place of Work
Safe Systems of Work
Safety Problems and Safe Solutions
Open Courses - Courses are delivered throughout the year at our Plymouth and Taunton training centres. The cost per delegate is £150 for course presentation and certification plus £48 per delegate for room hire, lunch and refreshments. All fees are subject to VAT.
Private Courses - If you have multiple delegates a private course at a venue of your choice may be a more suitable and cost effective option. Contact our administration team on 01752 201616 for more information or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
